Our modern production lines feature automation, Lean/Six Sigma oversight, and internal testing labs to meet industry-leading standards. American Manufacturing: We produce turf in Shaw’s American plants such as Dalton, Georgia. Ongoing upgrades in Shaw’s factories maintain fiber precision and quality.

We use a 13,000 sq. ft. sports science lab and over 18,000 sq. ft. of outdoor test plots to emulate years of weather and play. We evaluate turf blades for color, endurance, and realistic performance, so your yard or putting green stays vibrant and realistic for years.
